Custodial Home Care
(Scheduled or On-call)
Tri-County Care offers 24hr custodial home care 7 days a week. Custodial care involves ADL, iADL, and dADL. We offer three staffing rates to choose from.
Standard scheduled full time care is $22 per hour,
Standard care (4hr minimum) is $25 per hour,
Standard on-call care (no minimum) is $30 per hour.
On-call caregivers will arrive at your home in one hour or less.
All care requires an in-home assessment before scheduling.

Hospice Assistance
(Scheduled or On-call)
Tri-County Care offers 24hr hospice assistance 7 days a week. We work alongside your chosen hospice agency to provide end-of-life care for your loved one. We offer three staffing rates to choose from.
Scheduled hospice assistance is $25 per hour,
On-call hospice assistance (4hr minimum) is $35 per hour,
On-call hospice assistance (no minimum) is $40 per hour.
On-call caregivers will arrive at your home in one hour or less.
All care requires an in-home assessment before scheduling.
